Life 101: Post-Secondary Life Skills Readiness for Students
A 12 lesson, research-informed curriculum that helps students not just get to campus, but stay, thrive, and launch.
Who Life 101 Is For
Life 101 is built for the students who are bright and capable, but quietly drowning in the “life” side of college. The ones whose challenges show up as missed deadlines, chaotic schedules, roommate drama, and unused accommodations—not lack of potential.
It’s designed for:
- TRIO, disability services, and student support programs
- First-year experience and bridge programs
- Tutoring centers, summer camps, and transition initiatives serving neurodivergent students
